About Monzer Taleb
Monzer Mostafa Taleb was born in Kuwait. Although he has been a US citizen for many years, he remains proud of his Syrian heritage.
Monzer has lived in Dallas since 1980. A telecommunication engineer and computer programmer by trade, he has since retired to enjoy time with his family.
Over the years, Monzer has served numerous roles as a community leader and motivational speaker. He has been actively involved in several school and mosque boards and is a frequent contributor to various nonprofit organizations.
Monzer has spent many years as a youth and adult mentor, conducting seminars on youth and teen issues, marriage, and adult life.
Monzer attended the University of North Texas from September 1984 to December 1988, where he earned a Bachelor of Computer Science Degree in Computer Programming. He is especially proud of his educational achievements, having graduated as a full-fledged programmer and telecommunications engineer.
Monzer has a long list of accomplishments as a senior-level engineer. He has extensive experience in network rollout and has proven capability in growth-focused team settings.
